- MONTHLY WORK WELL BOOSTERS
Short 3-5 minute videos and activities with helpful, bitesize content.
Each Wellbeing Booster comes with:
- a short video based on the Shapes tool of the month
- options for 5-minute, 20-minute or 40-minute team resilience-building activities encouraging discussion and reflection together
- a done-for-you Powerpoint presentation containing the video and the activity and other useful slides / resources, so you can share it with your team and colleagues.
- QUARTERLY TEAM LEADERS MASTERCLASSES
90-minute training and group coaching sessions to support you to implement the Work Well Shapes Online resources most effectively for yourself, as well as with your teams and colleagues. Designed to benefit anyone who is a team leader in their organisation, and are also open to those who support others with their wellbeing (including wellbeing champions, managers, supervisors, appraisers, coaches and mentors).
- WELLBEING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT TOOLKIT
This done-for-you training toolkit contains:
- Instructions and resources for a deep-dive team ‘Wellbeing Audit’.
- Short videos to get everyone on board
- Training session plans for the wider team or organisation
