 About Rachel Morris:

Hello! - I’m Rachel Morris

I’m a former GP, Executive Coach and specialist in Resilience at Work.

All my working life I have struggled with feeling overwhelmed and guilty that I couldn’t do everything that people asked me to do, working on the frontline whilst juggling a family and several different roles. After training as a coach, I discovered some tools which changed the way I approached my work, and realised that the only way to avoid burnout caused by overwhelm and an unmanageable workload, is to think differently about my to-do list, make some difficult choices about what I will prioritise and focus my precious time and energy only on what’s important.

Now I love what I do, I know exactly what’s on my to-do list and I’ve got comfortable with not doing it all – even if no-one else will.

Over the past few years, through live training, online courses the You Are Not A Frog podcast, I’ve shared these tools and concepts with thousands of doctors and other busy people in high stake roles like healthcare.
My mission is to help professionals beat burnout, work happier and thrive in work AND life.
