I'm Dr Caroline Walker (psychiatrist, therapist and coach) and I am offering confidential and supportive 1-to-1 sessions for any of you who may be feeling the strain of these challenging times.  These sessions are friendly and relaxed and designed to help you cope with the extraordinary situation you are in.  I can help you to feel more relaxed, more confident about coping with the stressful times ahead and signpost you to any further support you might need.

Group support sessions

 Going forwards I will also be running regular online group reflective sessions for you as a team.  These are a safe space for you to vent, feel heard and reflect on the extraordinary experiences you are going through.  These sessions will start up once the project is in a phase that allows for a little extra time and headspace for you to attend.
