We've put our heads together and come up with 4 different options and ways for you to access the support that you need to keep your head, keep mentally healthy and keep strong.

Option 1
Employee Assistance Programme
Just need someone to talk to?
Your employee assistance programme offers a 24 hour counselling and support hotline. Just call Health Assured on 0844 891 0352 or visit their website
This is for people who need to offload and need a listening ear.

Option 2
One-to-one executive coaching power hour
Want to think through how you can best manage yourself and your teams right now?
Coaching support from Dr Rachel Morris and her team of executive coaches for specific issues - choose from a 30 or 60 minute one-to-one 'power hour'
This is for anyone who:
- Wants to manage their stress and improve their resilience
- Has a particular challenge they want to think through
- Needs to support and manage their team effectively through massive change
- Wants to increase their own wellbeing and productivity

Option 3
Emergency Psychological Support
Are you really struggling right now?
Emergency psychological support and debriefing is available from Dr Caroline Walker (psychiatrist, therapist and coach) who can offer confidential and supportive 1-to-1 sessions for anyone who may be feeling the strain.
Caroline can help you to feel more relaxed, more confident about coping with the stressful times ahead and signpost you to any further support you might need.
30-60min online sessions can be arranged at a time to suit you by emailing [email protected] or contacting Caroline directly at [email protected]

Option 4
Access to mental healthcare
Need a further therapy and support for your mental health?
Aviva provides a stepped care approach to mental health support, providing a broad range of evidence based treatment including:
• self-directed online therapy programmes,
• remote therapy (telephone or video link)
• face to face treatment
• psychiatric assessment & treatment, or
• inpatient care, where clinically indicated.
