You're all signed up for the Permission To Thrive 2023 Anti-Challenge!

 

Get ready to start the year with LESS stress, LESS obligation, and MORE fun and connection.

 

We kick off on Tuesday 3rd January and there'll be an activity to do every day until Monday 16th. You'll receive each day's prompts via email AND we'll be inviting you to connect and share in the Facebook Group, as Caroline and Rachel follow along with you!

 

PLUS we'll be hosting a special Facebook Live in the group on Monday 16th at 7.30pm to wrap up what we've learned and explore how we can take the lessons forward into the year ahead.

 

3 things before we get started:

 

1. Click here to join the Permission to Thrive Facebook Group. Come and say hi and meet your fellow doctors - we’re a warm and friendly community, and we’d love to meet you!

If you're not a doctor, we are also running the anti-challenge on the Shapes Collective Facebook group (an online community for ALL healthcare professionals). Join the Shapes Collective here.

2. Make sure you have the dates of our “Anti-Challenge” in your diary, including the live evening session at 8pm on 16th January. You’ll get an email each day telling you what you need to (NOT) do, plus a video from Caroline or Rachel sharing their experiences. And there are giveaways throughout for taking part! ;-)

3. Tell a colleague about what we’re doing! Feel free to cut and paste the text below into an email or Whatsapp message: "Hi! I’ve just signed up for a January “Anti-Challenge” for doctors - a fun antidote to the idea that we should be doing more at the start of the year, and a way to set ourselves up with good habits when it comes to rest and wellbeing in 2023. Each day there’ll be a tiny activity - a way to take a break, let go of an obligation or bring a smile to the day - plus there’s a chance to connect with fellow doctors and support each other to put ourselves first for once.
