Hello, we are so glad you are here!

The Shapes Programme is a place for YOU, to focus on your wellbeing.

It is a programme of webinars, practical sessions and training for all staff in health and social care in Norfolk & Waveney to help you feel calmer, beat stress and burnout and work well.

We have all been through an incredibly challenging and confusing year with healthcare workers in particular being stretched to the limit.

Change is constant and the workload is still very high, and it feels like it's going to take a while to get back to normal - whatever that looks like.

For here and now you're in safe hands with us.

THE SHAPES PROGRAMME IS HOSTED BY

Dr Rachel Morris

A GP, Executive Coach, specialist in resilience at work and host of the popular 'You Are Not A Frog' podcast, sharing life hacks so healthcare professionals can beat burnout and work happier. Rachel created the Shapes Toolkit; a breakthrough programme of coaching, resilience and productivity tools which will make a huge difference to how you approach work and life.

As a member of the Shapes Programme:

You will have access to a programme of resilience, productivity and wellbeing workshops and webinars, as well as online resilience and leadership training all designed to help you feel better and work happier.

What is the Shapes Toolkit?

Helps you, as a busy healthcare professional, to take control of your workload, beat stress and burnout, feel calmer, and thrive through the new ways of working.

Why do I need the Shapes Toolkit?

We believe that healthcare professionals shouldn't have to choose between thriving at work and thriving in life and we know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and on the edge of burnout. If you are a GP, hospital doctor or other healthcare professionals who needs to develop your own personal sustainability and resilience and increase your impact and influence, this is for you.

What will I learn?

Through participating in the Shapes Toolkit Workshops, you will be empowered to be more proactive, productive and resourceful, and you will be able to:

  • Prioritise your time and workload
  • Recognise when you are heading towards burnout
  • Increase your own wellbeing
  • Identify and change the things that cause you stress at work
  • Change your reaction to stressful events
  • Have better conversations with your teams
  • Take control of things that you can control
  • Identify when you are stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour, taking the ‘victim’ or ‘rescuer’ mentality
  • Take control of your own careers and development
  • Increase your influence and impact at work

Our Next Shapes Toolkit Session has been split into four shorter sessions:
