Hello! I’m Dr Rachel Morris.

I’m a former GP, Executive Coach and specialist in Resilience at Work.

All my working life I struggled with feeling overwhelmed and guilty that I couldn’t do everything that people asked me to do, working on the frontline whilst juggling a family and several different roles.

After training as a coach, I discovered evidence-based tools which changed the way I approached my work. I realised that the only way to avoid burnout caused by overwhelm and an unmanageable workload, is to think differently about your to-do list, make tough choices about what to prioritise and focus your precious time and energy only on what’s important.
