How to lead with boundaries, not burnout

In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to stay in your Zone of Power, use simple tools to prioritise what really matters, and set clear boundaries that protect both your wellbeing and your leadership. 

You’ll also explore the Drama Triangle and practice how to lead without slipping into “rescuer” mode, transforming the way you respond to colleagues and challenges.

This session will help you feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to lead in a sustainable way - without losing yourself in the process. 

Using these resources, you will:

✅ Discover how to use the Zone of Power and Prioritisation Grid to focus on what you can control and make decisions that protect your time and energy.

✅ Learn practical strategies to set boundaries, say no, and hold your ground when faced with pushback.

✅ Understand the Drama Triangle and practice using the Corner and a simple coaching approach to lead effectively without rescuing or burning out.
