I'm a former GP, Executive Coach, and founder of Wild Monday.

I'm a former GP, Executive Coach, senior medical educator and mediator, and creator of the HiFive Framework.
Time and again I’ve seen conflict derail teams and sap the energy of even the most committed leaders. In the past, I’ve struggled to speak up and challenge poor behaviour in colleagues because of the fear of repercussions. In a high-pressure environment, no one wants to be seen as “difficult” or “challenging”. But as a mediator and coach, I’ve learned that conflict is an essential part of working together effectively.
