FREE LIVE WEBINAR FOR HEALTHCARE LEADERS

How to Lead Without Rescuing

Stop carrying everything - without letting people down.

In this practical 60-minute session, you’ll learn how to:

✔️ Spot when responsibility has automatically landed on you (before you’ve chosen to carry it)

✔️ Decide what’s truly yours to handle — and what isn’t

✔️ Respond in the moment without rescuing, avoiding, or creating conflict

So you can lead your team well - without becoming the system’s safety net, and burning out yourself.

With Dr Rachel Morris, host of the You Are Not A Frog podcast and Dr Sarah Coope, Director of the Shapes Toolkit Training Programme, Mediator and Leadership Coach.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW

You don’t need to care less.

You need to stop carrying what was never yours to carry.

If you’re a clinician or senior leader, this will feel familiar:

  • Everything seems to land on you - even when it shouldn’t
  • You try to delegate, but it comes back anyway
  • You leave work knowing you’ve been busy all day… but not on the right things

And underneath it all, there’s that thought:

“If I don’t deal with this… who will?”

This isn’t a boundaries problem.

It’s a leadership pattern - and once you see it, you can change it.

Why this is live (and why that matters)

We’ve made this a live session on purpose.

Not because we couldn’t record it -
but because we know what happens when everything becomes “watch later”.

It becomes just one more thing on your list.

This is your chance to pause for an hour - after work with a cuppa, or during your lunch -
and actually think about how you’re leading, while you’re in it.

So there’s no replay. Instead, we’ve given you two chances to join us live, so you can choose the time that works for you.

We’ll also provide a simple workbook and reflection sheet, so you can count this as an hour of self-certified CPD for your appraisal.

And at the end…

We’ll spend a short amount of time showing you how we teach this work more deeply inside the Shapes Academy.

If you’re ready to go further, you’ll see what that looks like. If not, you’ll still leave with a practical framework you can use straight away.

MEET YOUR EXPERTS

Headshot of Dr Rachel Morris

Hello - I'm Dr Rachel Morris - former GP, Executive Coach, host of the You Are Not A Frog podcast and founder of Wild Monday.

For years, I struggled with overwhelm, trying to fix everything and keep everyone else happy - whilst avoiding the challenging conversations which I knew I needed to have. Training as a coach helped me discover tools that changed that. I realised that to lead truly effectively, I had to be able to embrace challenging conversations as opportunities to improve performance and uncover the real issues that get in the way of work that matters.

Through live training, online courses, and the You Are Not a Frog podcast, I’ve shared these tools with thousands of doctors and professionals in high-stakes roles. My mission? To help you beat burnout, work happier, and thrive—in work and life.

Hello! - I’m Dr Sarah Coope, Director of Training at Wild Monday.

In a high-pressure environment, no one wants to be seen as “difficult” or “challenging”. But as a mediator and coach, I’ve learned that responding to conflict constructively is an essential part of working together.

My goal is to help leaders and team members reduce the friction, stress and anxiety that drain your energy from what you’re best at – so you can work smarter and thrive.
