Hi there!

I'm Dr. Rachel Morris

A former GP turned Executive and Team Coach with a background in Medical Education, I designed the courses & resources especially for you. I know what it's like to work in a high stress environment, trying to do your best with a high workload and competing demands on your time.

A thought leader on resilience in the workplace, I host the popular You Are Not A Frog podcast for professionals in high stress jobs and I regularly lecture around the country on leadership, resilience, workplace stress and thriving at work.

Hello!

I'm Annie Hanekom.

I'm an executive coach, facilitator and leadership practitioner. I've spent more than 16 years in the consulting and leadership development arena both in the UK and in South Africa, where I've coached and advised on leadership, team and personal effectiveness. Now, I focus on building deep self-awareness in individuals to allow them to create extraordinary teams and organisations.

As well as my professional experience I love to draw on my passion for endurance athletics to focus on building leaders' potential. I specialise in advising on people strategy, leadership programme development, facilitation and executive and team coaching.

 

What We Offer

Our interactive resilience training is based in real life context. It's been tested in some of the highest stress workplaces out there.  We know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and on the edge of stress and burnout, when failure is not an option.
