Our interactive training is situated in real life drawing from our own experience; our programmes are designed and delivered by experienced coaches who know the unique pressures of working in the business world, and know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and on the edge of stress and burnout.  Our training is practical and rooted in science. We promise there will be no chanting, and no group hugs - just engaging and relevant content.

Most of us went into our profession to improve people’s lives, and have an interesting and varied career. After studying for what seemed like a lifetime, we finally qualified and were let loose into the world of work.

But our careers can be as demanding as they are rewarding, and navigating the high stress culture at work leaves many of us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted
